Frequently Asked Questions

1. When will my order arrive?

We generally deliver all orders in 6 -14 working days, even though most of our deliverables arrive with 7 - 10
working days. This is because there might be occasional delay due to customs clearance processes, which
are totally out of our control.

2. How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a tracking number. Using this number you will be able to know where is your item and when it is going to arrive to you.

In case you did not receive this email, please email us at info@thecartspace.com.

3. Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

This depends on the area you are ordering from. If you order from Europe, for instance, you will be charged with VTA duties. In other words, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes.

Please be aware that The Cart Space does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by
the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by The Cart Space, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

4. What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

We always work hard to ensure that all items are of the highest quality and guarantee to our customers a
great brand experience. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us
at info@thecartspace.com, so we can urgently review the matter and find the best solution for you.

5. What is your returns policy?

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for your items after delivery. Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns, and items should be shipped back to our warehouse.

The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s must not have been used in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

The Cart Space offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

All returns must be sent to our warehouses in the United States, Europe, and China. However, the address for returning items will be provided when you contact us at info@thecartspace.com.

6. How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@thecartspace.com using the same e-mail address you used to order the item. We will send you the address you need to use to send back the items.

Once we receive the items, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

thecartspace.com cannot be held liable for the loss of the items during the return process. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

7. Does The Cart Space deliver worldwide?

Currently, we deliver to the US, Canada, Australia, Europe, and GCC countries. We have collaborated with a variety of shipping companies to ensure easy delivery to our customers.

8. How much does delivery cost?

We deliver your items for free. This depends on the item and the amount of money you spent on your purchases. However, in the shipping page you can see the details about the shipping processes and costs.
